The Radeon can't work independently and this lowers the performance of graphics and prevents external monitor from getting DirectX if the Intel is closed (you have to leave the laptop's screen on to get DirectX on an external HDMI monitor.

However, after it shows all windows updates are installed it reverts back to needing windows update required every single time the computer is rebooted. And the total defense is still a disaster and will not let us log into the account from withing the program :"My Account" link on top of Total Defense splash screen.

Edge is better than IE but sometimes it becomes unstable and slows down and practically comes to a stop unless you sit and wait for it to catch up with itself. 4/4/2016 5:53:37 PM Downloaded Windows 10 months back of which a hacker installed a virus that caused major problems. Had to wipe out hard drive and reinstall original programs via CD restore disc. It has not worked correctly since. Does not read SD cards, thumbdrives, etc. Does not recognize printer installation software. Very frustrating indeed!
