However, after it shows all windows updates are installed it reverts back to needing windows update required every single time the computer is rebooted. And the total defense is still a disaster and will not let us log into the account from withing the program :"My Account" link on top of Total Defense splash screen.

10/23/2013 3:46:42 AM Problematic graphics. There are Intel 4000 HD and AMD Radeon with 2 GB dedicated memory. The Radeon can't work independently and this lowers the performance of graphics and prevents external monitor from getting DirectX if the Intel is closed (you have to leave the laptop's screen on to get DirectX on an external HDMI monitor.

12/7/2015 11:25:00 PM This PC failed over the weekend; Windows would not install. Today the repair shop wiped out the hard drive and installed Windows 10, replacing Windows 8. Right now, I'm mad at the PC, the repair cost $75 and I have no idea why the PC failed; but I'm hopeful.
