10/16/2021 11:38:05 AM I like it quite well, but it has a tendancy to lock up and has to be shut down and restarted, many times the only way to shut down is by holding down the power button. Not sure when it was purchased, but it was down for quite a while until I got a new hard drive.

10/29/2016 12:56:55 AM I wish I did not have to buy microsoft word because I did not realize I did not have it loaded on the computer. It is now saying I unlicensed and asking me to pay. Considering I am in the middle of my college classes I can not live with out it. So I assume I need to purchase this program to get the deleated applications. Also not sure what this driver update that I recieve notices on that does a scan and then asks me to pay for their service. I do not allow them to fix any problems. But the oautomaticly run the scans.

12/22/2017 11:07:40 AM The initial set-up was done by Office Depot and it was not done properly. I don't know enough about windows 10 to fix it. Office Depot wanted to install McAffe software and offered to do the initial set-up. A very poor job if you ask me!
