12/30/2016 8:58:29 PM its new, so dont really know. today is first day, before we could load pcmatic we received an alert telling us as well as an alarm and telling us to call microsoft before it crashed. then they wanted a ton of money to fix. we said we wanted them out of this computer. felt like a scam, but not sure.

10/29/2016 12:56:55 AM I wish I did not have to buy microsoft word because I did not realize I did not have it loaded on the computer. It is now saying I unlicensed and asking me to pay. Considering I am in the middle of my college classes I can not live with out it. So I assume I need to purchase this program to get the deleated applications. Also not sure what this driver update that I recieve notices on that does a scan and then asks me to pay for their service. I do not allow them to fix any problems. But the oautomaticly run the scans.
