2/16/2021 9:33:56 PM It seems to work great other than when I am on a zoom meeting sometimes the screen will go black, then I have to hit the Windows button and the meeting comes back on. Another problem is that sometimes when I have my AirPods connected to the computer it will disconnect the AirPods and will then not show that Bluetooth is turned on. When I go to turn bluetooth on there is not a switch on the computer screen in settings for me to do so.

3/4/2021 4:57:46 PM I bought it in June 2020 it quit working in November 2020. Dell said send it back to them. I received it first part of January 2021. It now takes 2 to 2.5 minutes to boot up. I have been on the phone with the Dell techs most every day last week. The last one told me to do a operating system reinstallation. I backed up all my files, etc and did that. It didn't help. I told the tech it didn't help and he never called me back. I don't know what to do now.
