8/28/2021 10:11:40 PM I u[graded to MSEdge and Word 365, which id new to me and I'm, not as comgortable with them, so i'n sure that is getting in the way of relaxing with this new DELL laptop. Sldo indtslling pcmzstic on thid new lsptop esd grueling! A PCMatic technician was of no help. He told me I haad a trial version of Win 10, which I so not. He told me I had to get the full version (whuch I have)bef9re PCMatic could be installed on this laptop. It was DELL technician who took the time and effort to install it. Incidentally, the PCMatic techy hung up on me, without any goodbye, sorry I can't help you...Nootheing...just hung up. I was amazed at the lack of courtesy or concern. DELL saved PCMATIC'S bacom!
