4/18/2014 2:38:06 PM The outer ridge on the keyboard is abrasive. My old laptop had a rounder edge that is more comfortable. Other than that it appears ok (only having foe a week). While installing Open Office, I think that I picked up something, hopefully,Total Defence will resolve.
