12/23/2015 7:47:24 AM We would be Very Satisfied if we did not have to go through the pains of working with DELL to restor the OS. The system crashed while the computer was under Warranty and we lost all data because of the OS reinstallation

4/28/2018 7:17:10 PM It arrived with MaKafee and a virus already on it! I removed all anti-virus and firewall software after that anyway. It never has worked right. Very slow, programs shut down. I have always had PC Matic and no new issues, but it didn't work right from the beginning. i have just reformatted it all completeky so hope that does the trick.
