However, it seemed you had to have one or the other, along with Windows running also. It just seems never ending, however with so many working overseas and in the military, this was advised by a couple of close friends and family.

Bought as a demo which was restored to factory settings, then I restored a second time, then a third time since I don't like Windows 10. Now it's on Windows 7. 9/5/2018 4:34:11 PM my DELL INSPIRON will oftentimes not reboot correctly and forces me to reinstall windows 10. seems to go into an infinite loop of diagnosing / repair mode w/out ever opening windows, just freezes and restarting the computer doesn't always help and thus the most recent time, last week, I was forced to reinstall windows 10 and lost everything! I also have no idea how system restore works since every time I've tried to use system restore there doesn't exist any restore points. please help.

You might want to tell people that "pitstop" is the name of the icon for use, its confusing. I DO NOT WANT ANY OTHER PRODUCT just the Virus ware like Norton's which is what we have been using. Last year we tried to purchase this product but it was just too confusing so we stayed with nortons. Sad!
