All other household pcs make immediate connection, this one takes a while to get going. My husband is totally frustrated and seldom uses this device for that reason. If I add a new device i.e. spouse, it’s unclear if he/she needs to create an account or need to use the account holder’s login information. Error codes during installation don’t allow users to understand what need to be corrected. Users shouldn’t have to start all over again with the basic information already entered. If an added user creates his/her own account, instead of logging in with the primary account owner’s information, that user doesn’t have the option to delete that account. Provide a contact number for users with technical questions/issues, an email is not optimal and can cause dissatisfaction. I am concerned that PC Matic keeps turning off and may not be protecting my computer and may be allowing viruses and malware to go unchecked.
