I just lost my Dell 8100 Win 7 64bit to a virus or malware. Norton and Systems Mechanic didn't save it. I'm hoping PCMATIC will kick butt and bring it back.

I wasn't able to install the magnum service as far as I know and I don't see it anywhere. You have to do better in making clear and avialible the downloads that I piad extra for. Some how it needs to be clearer to me.

Sometimes it is very bad like extra slow boot up and very slow moving from site to site or page to pade and sometimes hard to connect to internet. I have had the computer for a couple years and do like it and want to keep it.
