10/31/2017 9:38:16 AM Dell is a great hardware brand, this is my 1st unit with Windows 10 and I am a programmer and network analyst and this is the most problematic unit I have ever owned. My boot sector and hard drive issues have been constant and not easily fixed. Always have used McAfee and Norton, trying pcmatic to see if any difference.

7/7/2016 8:45:59 PM have had some problems including a memory issue that required a complete wipe (as advised by Dell)and had to reinstall Windows 8.1 (as originally equipped by Dell) then had problems re-upgrading to Windows 10. It is still 'glitchy' and shuts down randomly without warning - but only a couple times a week - unlike the way it WAS glitching before the wipe - which had it shutting down repeatedly - about every 5 to 10 minutes.
