8/22/2020 7:40:03 PM Got way behind in Microsoft updates. When I tried to update it would fail everytime. Then I tried to wipe it clean and then update and that didn't work.I finally just left it on and left it alone for several weeks. When I came back and looked at it it was on a different screen. I tried to go forward from there and uas successful in getting windows loaded. Microsoft don't kike it when you use a different brouser and it uas somewhat agravating getting google chrome to load up but I finally got it loaded and then the next thing was PCMatic since I am an evergreen customer.I believe PCMatic willnow keep this computer running great. Thank you!

2/19/2019 5:40:25 PM Havehad trouble after an upgrade. Was on the phone with Dell techs 4 diffwrent times. Finally had to reset to factory settings. Dell worked on it for at least 6 hours before resetting. Had to reinstall all my applications.

12/17/2017 3:21:02 PM I installed PCMatic on 12-2-17, today I wake up to the dreaded Blue Screen of Death. Nothing we tried or called for support worked and we ultimtely had to reformat the hard drive, I lost ALL data that was on computer, we are now re-installing PCMatic. GOD I hope PCMatic was not the cause of this incident.

Internet explorer disappered and even going through the HSN's life of the computer warranty.. they couldn't get it to work.Sometimes I will be typiing and it's typing in the middle of a previous sentance. Just things that have made me unhappy with this computer.Have been very unhappy with this computer but can't afford to bay another one.

1/5/2020 10:10:03 PM I cannot get the big update version of windows 10 to work. Recently completed my fourth effort. It always stops and undoes the updates. With the last effort I tryed resetting the computer back to it's original settings. I had to reload Google Chrome and PC Matic. Now Google Chrome no longer works. I can only get Microsoft Edge to work.

9/17/2016 10:17:03 PM I was using Windows Vista since 2007. Updates were no longer available for Vista, so I bought a laptop in February 2016 with Windows 10. The colour schemes are not correct, where the background is black and some texts are also black and cannot be read. Even the PC Matic window comes out wrong. It does not fit the screen size and details cannot be seen because of the colour schemes. I feel like I need to relearn how to use a computer at age 60.
