2/20/2018 3:05:22 AM This is a Dell computer laptop and I had nothing t but rouble since I purchased the computer in November 2015. I have had two motherboards, and three separate repairs recently since November Thanksgiving 2017. I sent the computer to the depot and gave explicit instructions on what was wrong and they were ignored and the computer came back with the work order saying "cables were replaced" the speakers were still scratchy the performance was terrible and the worst was yet to come. I sent it back second time and they fixed the speakers and they also replaced the hard drive that I told was malfunctioning when I first contacted but they ignored me. For the past three days I have been repairing the computer software. All of a sudden multiple systems started to fail. The touchscreen wouldn't work, the USB drivers wouldn't work the Bluetooth system was in operative and colorless other items. Dell technicians tried to tell me that my USB hope was out of date for Windows 10 and that it was going to cause these problems which I believe is baloney. I have used this hub for perhaps 10 years even before this computer. At any rate, what they instructed that need to be done was to reinstall the Windows 10 OS. I did this just this morning or yesterday perhaps. And lo and behold almost all the issues that were plaguing the system were finally corrected. But it took a lot of work because I had to reinstall all my expensive business apps for the third time. I am now at a point where the computer is working almost flawlessly. I believe the CD/DVD drive needs to be replaced. I have contacted them about this issue and I'm waiting for a reply. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with this computer. There was a stretch for about a year and a half where the computer was working flawlessly. Then all of a sudden all hell broke is and it started November 2017. I have finally been able to resolve all issues except for one Bluetooth component that will not work even when updated with new Windows 10 approved drivers. I have since disabled it and frankly I have not noticed anything changed. The Bluetooth system works excellently. This is a lemon on the computer and I have tried to push Dell to replace this one and not with a refurbished one and I get nowhere. Thank you for listening and reading this.
