4/10/2011 10:10:52 PM I was sick fo a year and didn't use or get any updates for my computer. When I got back on the computer, my kids downloaded movies for me and the computer got full of trojan horses and the like. Then someone or something hacked into my computer and took all my programs...ALL MY PROGRAMS WERE GONE!! I asked a man who knows computers to take a look and he did a clean install. And then I downloaded a ton of updates. Now, the computer doesn't work as well as before the tons of updates were installed.

5/2/2009 9:54:31 PM I think this machine should run at the same speed as the desk top which runs 16000 - 20000 vs this system at 5000. of course this is wireless vs the desk top is that the difference? I just added 1/2 gig of RAM bringing total to 1 gig.

12/5/2011 4:18:37 PM I purchased PC Matic not only to clean up and speed up my computers but also to keep trojens, Infections, and worms from infiltrating my computers. PC Matic has failed to secure my computer and now I have an infection named: W32/Blaster.worm on my PC (I am contacting you on my laptop) and I can not evenactivate the PC Matic program on my PC because the PC Matic program is even infected with the Worm. The desktop gives me a statement reading: "Please activate Privacy Protection (@ %57.05) to protect your computer". All of my Microsoft Worf documents (approx. 45) are all infected. In fact the Privacy Protection prgram found 47 threats detected. Now I have to pay %50.05 to protect my computer which was what PC Matic was purchased to do. I want my money back.
