IN ORDER FOR HIM TO CALL ME, AND I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO SEE THE THE AREA THAT SHOWED I HAD ALOT OF BAD THINGS GOING ON WITHIN MY PERSONAL LAPTOP, AND SEE WHT THAT LOOKS LIKE NOW, AND I SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE IT IF GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS STEP BY STEP.

6/14/2017 5:16:03 PM I have had 3 separate problems with identity fraud, still ongoing. On occasion esternal interference has found me with my firewalls being turned off, and not by me. Nobody but me usies ths machine &I have always had malware and anti-virus programs used regularly. I just have had a new hard drive installed after my keyboard was taken over for ransom. I could say I have spent a lot of money over time to clear up problems on an ongoing manner. I am not a happy internet user & have never gone near the social scene

6/14/2016 6:02:12 PM This computer just came back from repair by Best Buy Geek Squad. They say they replaced motherboard. When I tried to do an update of the operating system I could not do it. Then I tried to do a hard drive backup. The backup was not successful because the computer was corrupted. So I decided to do full scan. As I look back I probably should have done the scan first. The computer was running great before it went out for repair. I do not remember what year I bought the computer, but I think it was 2009. Ron

9/9/2013 10:05:00 PM For the past several weeks I have an error code in Microsoft Security Essentials when the coputer starts up. The error code is 0x800736b01 that started with error code 0x80070643. I have purchased two other software programs that were supposed to remove the malware but did NOT do so. If your software does not remove it I will need additional technical support to help me.
