5/7/2017 3:14:20 PM PCMatic is great but setting up another computer to be on an esisting account is very, very diffacult and really needs to be simplified. Someone not computer savy hardly know what the terms and jargan is. The hard thing for me was trying to understand by downloading the program down on my existing and then getting it over to the new computer has been a big problem as to how all this was going to take place. I sort of sort of understan it a little now. If I did this maybe 20 more times I would understand. If you had a program that would just stay with customers while they are doing this guiding them all the way your customer business would improve by 100%.Really very hard to understand unless you have balls to do it!
