Also when I shut down there is a message that backround programs must be closed that wasn't there previously.

8/11/2018 4:01:25 PM Assuming you mean before PCMatic, this computer stalls, I get blue screen and half to restart at least twice a day. After installing PCMatic, I still can't complete a full scan. Had to set it for quick scan to be able to complete one cycle.
