2/14/2011 9:32:06 AM This lap top is stuck in a windows explorer error report loop where if we check send it does not and reboots windows or if we check don't send error report, it reboots windows right back to the error report screen over and over and over again.

4/10/2011 4:53:10 PM I have wireless DSL with at&t. It frequently looses connection to the 2wire box. Also, very frustrating, the cd-rom is not recognized by the computer. It doesn't even show up in My Computer and only opens manually with a paper clip. How can I get it to recognize the CD-Rom. It's a Dell Latitude laptop by the way.
