5/23/2018 1:04:00 AM It is getting slower and slower. I admit I don't know anything agout computers. This one I just bought a few months ago. So thats why I bought PCMatic so you could take care of it for me. So far I don't see that it works.

10/11/2013 1:59:22 PM PC was fine until about 3 weeks ago. I think the rollout of Dell KACE may be slowing it down a lot. Mouse tracking is bad and keystrokes delay appearing on the screen.

11/23/2020 12:46:50 AM I put yes because all my other devises keep kicking me out of my favorite app. Super Cell Clash of clans. I ve tried 2 new laptops and 2 new tablets. All have not be performing well at all. I bought a new laptop and it will not let be install package i bought from EFI, a program upgrade to a program named TunerStudios. When i tried down loading it. A popup shows I dont have internet or a fire wall is preventing it from opening. So I unist5alled PCmatic and tried to download, same result. I manually turned off firewall on computer, same thing Need help. So I bought this one. This computer is new and when setting it up just now it said none of my password patched so I had to reset. This has been happing over and over that passwords dont match then going from one device to another. Ive been scammed over and over on other antiviris life time protection and add ons. seems like i can never get ahead off this stuff no matter how much i try my best and throw money at it. Just spent antoher 150 on add ons. I need some support here. Im at my witts end. I just now trying to reinstall pcmatic on my last laptop i just bought and it is running slower than dial up. I upgraded to high speed internet. I hope it all gets working ok. Also as soon as i got thic laptop set up and ent to install pcmatic. Isaid i need to reset 5 passwords that have been breached. PC Matic was one of them. So I need some from PC matic to call me 8127192625 so i can get to the bottom of this. I called and left a message on pcmatic help line a while ago, months and have never gotta a response and here i am paying you more money for something i dont think has ever worked well in the first place. Desperate please help

4/23/2016 1:50:21 PM I seem to have some kind of virus. I have been doing a lot of research and going to a lot of sites. Recently, when trying to go to web sites in IE 10, the brower started crashing. IN Chrome and Firefox I get messages the computer infected with malware and adware and asking me to call a number etc.

11/6/2014 2:44:48 AM More messed up than it was before running PC Matic... *Killed my screen saver because it said I needed a new vider card compatible with Direct 3D. I was very happy with my screen saver.
