6/9/2016 6:38:07 PM House got a lightening strick and it knocked the back up battery out? A new 160.00 battery did not fix it,,, but it works flawlessly w/AC. Every time there is a scarry moment I pull the USB to kill hot spot. Hit the start button and do hard shut down and perform a system restore in safe mode to clean... so far so good, but have to much at stake now with this computer.

7/14/2017 7:29:57 AM Somehow virus got into my laptop and i had to take it in locally for repair-$109. So, that was not pleasing but my neighbor prior to this fixed my computer and said your software was no good and just use anti-malware free antivirus. That is when my computer later locked up. So, cant for sure pin this on PC matic so will use you guys until my purchase expires and than decide if it is worth the small charge for it. Thanks. Michael
