11/16/2009 9:51:46 AM If shut down due to locked status, the only way to recover the system is to start up in "Safe" mode. Also the computer has frequent reboot issues on it's own.

2/23/2010 8:31:07 PM the eject touch key for the cd drive stays on when turned on. it try's to eject a cd about 6 times before the light goes off. recently windows explorer has stopped working when trying to acess control panel.

4/27/2010 11:45:44 AM It takes forever to go from internet page to internet page. this just started after we had it in for repair of a cracked piece of plastic on the outside of it. there was no damage to inside of computer it was used for six months with cracked plastic with no problems until it was sent in for repair, then it came back soooo sloooow.
