8/10/2009 3:36:59 PM I have some kind of spyware/malware/virus that is stopping me from booting into normal windows; i have been only able to access safe mode. As well, i believe the virus is stopping my anti-spy/malware programs from running, as i have been unable to make any of them run.

4/27/2010 11:45:44 AM It takes forever to go from internet page to internet page. this just started after we had it in for repair of a cracked piece of plastic on the outside of it. there was no damage to inside of computer it was used for six months with cracked plastic with no problems until it was sent in for repair, then it came back soooo sloooow.
