7/5/2015 7:29:06 PM when it was new it was great, but it is so slow now that I can harly even type. Every time I turn it on, I have to go to taskmanager to shut off all the automatic junk the starts up. I have to stay off of wifi connection to do anything like picture files or something. I have my fingers crossed on PCMATIC helping !!!

4/19/2016 10:43:39 AM I am having to format all the computers and reload the operating systems. One of my computers has both the old entry and the new entry in my PC Matic. I would like to delte the old entry but it does not seem to be possible. Why not? This computer is an older i5 I had to replace the screen and some other parts but I have it working again. I can't always remember when I bought which computer. I just want to make sure all my computers are protected. It seems that win10 is doing odd things to that computer and I would like to format it and restore win7, but since I can't eliminate the double entry, I can't do that at this time. Do I need to get a different AV / protection to fix that one? I like PC Matic and yet at times I do find some things to be confusing. I would like to write some of my insights for you, but I am not sure that these are ever read by a human being and I am not sure about the forums.
