1/21/2015 6:17:42 PM the jury is still out I have had some trouble with my first computer that I put it on and the second one I put it on doesnt work right I could not install it on a third and now I am trying this computer that had a virus but just now came back fromt he shop where the virus was removed and the computer was brought back to perfect condition. so fingers crossed. Im obvioulsey not computer savey which is why I choose PCmatic it sounds like a great system! we have 6 computers and I need help! so I am hoping it is as good as it says I think this computer will give me the clear example of how good it is.

Sendinig pictures with dell is complicated; sending "movies" of family events always unsuccessful. That part of service locks up. I use it reluctantly ... and it was not inexpensive.
