The Start Up did not and was stuck in an error & repair loop that would not complete a Recovery Fis with a PCmatic saved time point. Last week I vacuumed(with brush) the keyboard and fan vents like I've done 20 times before, but this time accidentally while it while it was running. The next time I went to start it, it went right to the 'Launch Start-up repair page'. I then turned it off manually. I went to re-start tapping the F8 key to get to the 'Safe Mode with Networking. When I hit that it took me back to the Launch start-up repair and could not boot up. The guy who fixed it saved my hard drive but non eof my info. I have a 32GB back up stick that I did a back up (I believe) about 2 months ago. I'm afraid to. As you can tell, I'm online now with Google but I normally run Firefox. PCmatic is the 1st thing I installed. It didn't seem to run a 2 hr scan as there isn't anything to scan. When I first ran a scan your red outined window popped up saying that PCmatic can't execute as it doesn't recognize my pc as it may have been damaged by a virus.

I can email a picure of the two viruses if needed to help you add them to your database. I had to uninstall Adobe and all associated files also...which then required me to re-install a clean windows 7 and install all my drivers also...

Windows installed updates and then said my system is an old version of windows 7 and won't auto update any security updates. Prompted me to go to 1o or windows 7 spc. I chose the latter.
