1/21/2013 12:48:37 AM this computer also has a problem with the flash player. cannot play certain games now. Constant Guard is now crashing. websites are unresponsive only on this computer. have to keep clicking on wait at least 6-8 times or more. this computer does not ask permission to load certain items. also constant guard does not ask for passcode to log onto email as it did in the beginning. cannot delete bookmarks on google or delete a program named inbox. did uninstall, but still have it.

6/15/2013 11:02:20 PM This computer was reset to factory specs. PC Matic was on this machine prior to the reset. I am running PC Matic at this time primarily to get rid of the craplets that have been re-installed due to the reset. I had used PC Matic regularly on this machine to keep it in good running condition, and plan to continue doing so.

7/24/2014 2:55:13 PM I just have issues with my pc not doing uodates and wanting me to always reboot. and always wants to reconfigure at the start once i start up my pc. I havent been able to update my grapics card in some time when i try it tells me i have no internet which in fact i do have internet on. when i have my charger unplugged it runs real slow, once i plug in the charger it seems to work fine. just issues here and there.

Since I have had it, it repeatedly freezes while doing things as simple as using the internet to watching video and using 3D modeling software. I allowed Dell to access the system and, of course, they could find nothing wrong.
