12/1/2016 8:32:10 PM I use Mozilla Firefox as a browser which works much more efficiently than IE, however lately I get messages that pages are "not responding" and I must wait until all clears up and the new page is finally refreshed or downloaded. Most perturbing problem of all however is with PC Matic Super Shield. When my computer starts up and "Updating Definitions" begins, it always ends with "Def download failed." Therefore the definitions have not been updated for over one month. Additionally, when I launch PC Matic, a message is displayed which states "An error occured while trying to replace an existing file: Deletefile failed: Code 5; Access Denied."
