It seemes like the scheduler symply distributes CPU time to some processes, reaching 100% and causing the PC to slow down drammatically ... doing nothing. Please note, System Idle Process CPU is near to 0%, but no particular task is performed. My PC is Windows XP with the last service pack installed, and daily updated.	3.00 out of 4
