1/25/2016 3:34:23 PM I honestly do not know how fast or slowly this computer is running. What is happening frequently when on line is "scripts" seem to take over and prevent immediate response to keyboard commands. Recently, I have had to do "hard" shut downs in order to extricate my self from some situations. Having been around computers since 1964, and NOT having gotten deeply into programming, I get frustrated over mot knowing what is going on in my own machine. This computer was purchased as a Wondows 8.1 touch screen lap top. I have upgraded to Windows 10. I have run Norton for years and now am anxious to know if PC Matic provides superior security protection.

4/30/2021 5:44:19 PM It runs slowly and opens web pages slowly. I undertan part of it is due to my internet speed and I frequently keep everal tabs open at the same time. I am currently on a wifi plan of 25 MGBS and I also stram all of my tv viewing which can cause some wfi slow down.

1/8/2014 5:04:18 PM HP TouchSmart 17-j043cl bought in Dec 2013. I tried to revert from Win 8 back to Win 7 no drivers for win 7. HP System Recovery Disks from HP failed, had to rebuild on my own. Seems to be AOK Now !!

12/2/2015 3:17:05 AM 1. When I am online I get the msg.: "Internet Explorer has stopped working. A problem cause the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available". 2. When clicking a link, it does not open immediately the webpage, sometimes I have to click a few times (4-6). 3. When typing, sometimes, letters are missing that I know I have pressed. Am I going to fast? ... NO. Just happens!! 4. When I am online the webpage that I am reading freezes, and I can't even close that webpage. I have to use the Task Manager in order to "End the Task" and start all over again!!

On this laptop I did not put SUPER SHIELD on it. Because on my desktop, it does. So I disable SUPER SHIELD. Your thinking why use both. I like to see how programs work. I'm curious, I guess. I also have FIX IT ULITIES, that came with HP laptop. So I have a lot going here, I know. So the ? is do I like PC MATIC, yes, it initself a very interesting program. I guess I like my computer SUPER CLEAN, i guess? oh well I'll keep studying these 3 programs all together? Thanks Bryan..............

This computer came from the factory with Kaspersky security. It has started acting up by wanting to cycle through all the internet aps questioning the security certificates. I could not even get work done. So, I will see how your program does. I still have an open slot for Norton.
