5/10/2016 4:21:33 PM This computer acts up...I just restored it to Win 8 because the mouse pointer and app boxes began pulsating. I could not use the mouse to scroll the IE page's menus or type link names in the Search engine.

6/15/2019 6:11:26 PM this PC is 7 years old. I installed windows 10 on it and the mouse went crazy, the drop down menu would fold before I could select the task I needed to work in my apps. Yesterday, June 14 2019 I restored it to windows 8 and reinsalled wintows 8.1 on it. It seems to working all right so far.

When we look at which Email account is currently signed in, it is not what we expect it to be. Owned by elderly people who do not know much about computers.
