5/1/2020 5:36:01 PM A few weeks ago I tried to download new PC matic...but I had forgotten to remove the old one...got blue screen and crashed. I thought it was the result of my error, but your team were right on it and put up with me for many texts and a lot of trial and error. Amazing. Found out the hard drive had burned out. New hard drive installed and I'm back! God bless you for being there...I pedal your product every chance I get. Proud to be your customer! Betty Davis
