12/20/2017 2:21:05 PM I have only had this PC for about 3 weeks and haven't really got to use it too much as yet because I have been decorating, etc. I did have a interruption from Microsoft Tech earlier today telling me that someone was hacking my PC and I had to call their number to talk to their tech or they would have to shut down my pc ?....Well it ended up that to give me a secure "firewall" it was going to cost $249.00 for only 6 months. But I would get a discount because of my age. Now the question I have is this: What is the difference between a firewall and pc security from PC Matic? Should I just ignore Microsoft techs from now on? Will PC Matic take care of all of what they said they would protect with their expensive security?....

They knew how to fix my old computer and told me so, but it was not fixed by a computer repair service even after having the computer for about a month and cost me $65.

My biggest concern is that years back I got a message on my laptop about a virus and I called the number on my screen and I paid to have them remove the virus as they said and I am afraid that they installed some program on my laptop.
