But I would get a discount because of my age. Now the question I have is this: What is the difference between a firewall and pc security from PC Matic? Should I just ignore Microsoft techs from now on? Will PC Matic take care of all of what they said they would protect with their expensive security?....

1/12/2018 10:37:57 PM I thought pcmatic was some kind of protection for my computer since I installed pcmatic I lost my computer two times, eventially replaced it with a new laptop and just lost it. paid $79 to get it fixed. obviosly I misunderstood what pcmatic is all about. I doesn't protect my computer. And there isn't a person I can call and talk to to get help. They knew how to fix my old computer and told me so, but it was not fixed by a computer repair service even after having the computer for about a month and cost me $65.
