12/3/2017 7:02:11 PM this is a new laptop. the other laptops I have PC Matic installed on have done well. They are from notebooksforstudents.com and when I called the organization to say I thought that one of the computers had a virus, they scanned it remotely for viruses and throught that since I was only using PC Matic, that I may have a virus, but they were suprised that the computers were clean - virus free and that the issues with the computers were only the battery for the time clock keeper.

4/17/2019 1:19:34 PM occasionally we have to do a battery reboot. the screen is black and won't respond. we have to power down, unplug and remove battery for a while then reinstall and power up.

12/10/2018 12:24:57 AM I sent it to HP for repairs and when it came back I didnt realize that they had set HP up as an administrator. So sometimes when I shutdown my PC it says someone else is still using this PC if you shutdown now they may lose unsaved work! I am going to call them tomorrow to get them to remove their access if thats what it is? Do you know? when I sign on on the bottom left it says sign-on as either Jerry Brown or underneath it says HP ?

1/14/2018 10:33:05 PM I sent a comment on a "work order" or whatever you call the help desk. It delt with my HP turning into an ASUS (well that is what is on the screen; what would you call it). I've not seen a reply. I ran PCM after having to recover my HP. It is i7 v8, with 1T and 8M ram. I got it black friday from Office Depot. I wanted a solid state drive but that wasn't available. Other than that I'm satisfied with this unit.
