11/4/2020 1:03:51 PM I am still having pop ups show up on my computer while I supposedly have PC Matic. They are coming from Windows or chrome or something. I need them to go away and have already done 2 scans. When I search programs for antivirus, there are none so not sure what is going on. The reason I purchased thi PC Matic is because my computer said antivirus has expired. I am assuming that whatever came iwth the computer lasted 3 years and now expired but I am afraid to open any ads offering antivirus. I need this fixed quickly. Can you help

4/22/2020 8:06:00 PM Somestimes when I am using the pointer to get to a location on the screen the pointer becomes unstable and wabbles. It can move over something on screen and open a screen I did noot want to open.
