5/15/2020 1:03:00 PM Having some trouble.Jusst got new computer, deleted trial McAfee and downloaded PCMatic. But parts of it wont run as I get a window stating I have to clean the computer, which I did and even checked. Help!!!But it did run a scan. Go figure!

10/13/2020 12:48:54 AM I have been hacked by people that somehow captured this computer when I was trying to go to your website. One last night I believe is the same as the one today. They were calling themselves PC MATRIC. I asked them if they didn't mean PCMATIC. Oh no, but they were affiliated with you and Cisco. They have ripped me off for $1,000 and I need to stop them but they have pretty shut my computer down. I cannot check any of my banking. I only joined because I used my phone which is another device I want to add but my main threat is from the hackers on this computer. Jack and a James but I swear they are the same people. They dialed in on my phone using the same number for very quickly changed it to another number and that was James (aka Jack).So I thought I had Total AV installed and I saw that I did but it didn't catch these scammers.
