5/17/2020 7:38:58 PM This laptop has been so easy to use. But Norton has always been a problem. Their safe search; their brousers; and so on. They never just automatically fix things. I would have to sign in to Norton to see if there was any probles, and tell them to fix it. They are as bad as Dish. HELP!!!!!!!!

1/18/2019 2:54:34 PM Prior to PC Matic I had so many issues with performance. My elderly parents (who live with use) kept downloading bad files etc onto their computer. We have been customers for 5 years and never had another issue since. We have PC Matic on all our computers. THANK YOU!!

IT WOULD BE APPRECIATED IF THE FONT ON THIS PAGE WOUILD GE LARGER SO IT MAY BE READ WITHOUT HAVING TO GET WITHIN INCHES OF THE SCREEN TO READ. THANKS. Thank you PCMATIC this has never happened again... I have been a personal PC user since 1992 long before the internet was available in homes.
