4/19/2020 4:32:07 PM When ever get online..Facebook or an Online Movie stream website. Every 5 to 10 minutes the computer "flashes" going black and then flashes from the black screen back to what I was previously doing. This is a new computer, 1 to 2 months old but don't think this should be happening to my computer. Especially being "Brand New!"

7/9/2020 9:52:41 AM After an update in May, could not login. Looped in Automatic Fix. Took to a computer repair. They restored it to June 28 and ran other diagnostics. Turned it on successfully one time, opened YouTube. Turned it off for the night. The next morning it was doing the same thing. We uninstalled Windows (reset) and here we are. Have not turned it off yet.
