Recently started running just a tad slow but figured it was me saving allot of PPT presentations and utility programs I use. I don't recall any lock ups or having to reboot other than requested by a software upgrade. I'm old school learning new tasks and have become very adapt to fast computers. Prefer click and go no more than a split second for a task to take place. I reallly like fast computer running.

12/18/2017 8:21:10 AM I like the 17" screen on this Pavillion and does is not have a touch screen like on my HP Envy that goes wild and have to reboot. My old Pavillion you could turn off the touch pad which I liked and had a light indicator when the nmumber lock was on. The Envy is junk

9/18/2014 5:48:22 PM About 2 weeks ago, encountered some PC problems: instabilities, certain programs failing to run amd/or update, install modules (incl that of PC Matic) failing to install. Consequently accessed Premier PC Support, with which I have life-of-PC subscription (via QVC). Their techs found and eliminated some malware and other problems. PC appears to be running OK now, but have installed PC Matic as preventive measure. Expect to replace Norton with real-time PC Matic anti-malware (SuperShield). How do I obtain Windows recognition of SuperShield following disablement and uninstall of Norton Internt Security--such that I don't get continuous security alarm from Windows???

1/29/2015 12:27:14 AM I tink that there are problems becasue I had an issue saying I was told that I did not purchase your software which I had 24 days ago it was not resolved until abut 30 minutes agao after two hne calls and I think there are many issues with this computer It is less than a month old brand new for me going to school at the age of 55 for the first time in my life

8/4/2016 10:28:32 PM I bought this laptop last year and have had few problems until the last few weeks. There have many lock-ups and black screens where I've had to force shut down. Two days ago while brousing facebook a full page warning popped up saying a malicious virus had infected my computer. I called the Windows help number and they wanted $499 to fix my computer! They said if I shut it down or closed the page it would ruin my hard drive. I didn't feel comfortable when they started asking for personal information so I hung up. Tha next morning my computer was a mess. I eventually did a complete restore where I lost everything. After starting from scratch I realized my Norton obviously didn't protect me, so here I am putting my trust in your company. Don't let me down PC Matic :)
