4/30/2018 8:10:38 AM This computer recently had a hard drive failure that required replacing the original hard drive under warranty. Prior to the failure, the computer performed very well. Overall, I'm satisfied, but hope that the hard drive problem was an aberation, and will not be a repeat problem in the future.

3/19/2023 12:41:42 PM Not long after I bought it, it was hacked while I was on LinkedIn messaging a friend in Israel. I ended up having to have all of the hardware reinstalled because it stopped saving documents properly. It also did weired things when I was on LinkedIn. I was running Macafee software when I was hacked and it was like I didn't have any security software. I always wondered if I still had malware after all the hardware was reinstalled because the hack seemed so quick and easy.

1/12/2021 8:23:11 PM My daughter brought it to China summer 2019 and it came back with unauthorixed Chinese on it. We were running PC Matic after that but it did not find or remove it. So we have reinstalled the Operating System from scratch and now want to run PC Matic again.

3/19/2021 12:24:31 PM laptop was purchased 7/2017, and has had occasions where it would lock up, moves slowly. I have tried to keep up with the updates. Was locked out of an ATT.NET email twice, and was told because they would no longer let me have it for free, so finally changed to outlook.com. I use for basic email, 'research', Bible study, banking.
