3/6/2018 8:04:50 PM Sometimes I'll get a screen that say's "Automatic Repair," and it'll stay frozen. Even after I unplug it, it'll say failure to restart. So the past two times I've went to a computer store for them to fix the problem.

10/2/2021 1:10:52 AM This is a good general use device. I had a problem with the hard drive two years ago, but it's been fine since I replaced the hard drive with a solid state device. It does tend to run a little slow, and I am a little disorganized with my files - my fault and not the fault of the device for the disorganization.

Bought 1 year extended warranty. More problems!! This does not count the number of times I had hp on the phone. Never buy hp again - stick with Dell, maybe Lenovo. Joe Vinti

And HP said not to leave the computer on for days, with several Chrome open! Received it back today Feb 13 2020. (Never had hese problems with Dell - last 10+ years!)

1/19/2023 7:03:34 PM Bought Oct 2019. Early 2020 1. Sent back to hp: boot up and the screen was black OR boot up, log in, and screen was black. 2. Sent back again: they replaced harddrive (which changed all numbers, lost files I added, etc, changed from V2NVP3D2 Windows 10 to O7N185U4 Windows 10). Late 2020 3. Bought 1 year extended warranty. Then came more problems!! Too many times on the phone, laptop would not keep settings, screen was black again (see #1 above). Late 2022 4. Laptop does auto-update to Windows 11: after 4 or 6 weeks, problems again: computer stops, goes into self-diagnosis mode and/or reboots and/or changes settings and/or a dark blue window appears with 5 or 6 choices, etc etc. I go back to Windows 10, successful, PC Matic sees the change and adds O7N185U4 Windows 10 - days later, laptop self-updates to Windows 11 (and now PC Matic lists O7N185U4 Windows 11 twice). 5. This does not count the number of times I had hp on the phone. Never buy hp again - stick with Dell, maybe Lenovo. Joe Vinti
