I was very angry with PC Pitstop when my email innquiry was answered by blaming Microsoft and Windows Update and my failure to properly remove bundled antivirus software. I had followed PC Pitstop guidance to remove the Macafee AV that was initally bundled omto my HP and Dell laptops. I suggest PC Pitstop take a bit of ownership by strengthening your relationship with Microft. A good start would be getting the PC Matic app into the WIndows 10 store. If I suffer another loss like this again because PC Pitsop fails to work with Microft then I will not renew my PC Pitstop and resort to WIndows 10 default AV protection. Please own it... and fix it.
