1/28/2018 11:01:00 PM I had to restore back to factory condition. This computer has been on PCMatic for about 3-4 years. The problem was that it wouldn't restart after using PCMatic, so I hope PCMatic wasn't to blame for the problem requiring restore.

10/8/2015 8:16:48 PM Since installing Windows 10, computer will not "wake up" after hibernating. Also, when we shut the computer down, it does not complete the process. The screen goes blank, but the power light stays on. We have to turn that off manually.

6/25/2016 12:39:56 AM The internet quite slow. In addition, while I'm typing, the curser quits moving even though I'm still typing. When I'm on the internet, I can click check boxes and buttons several times before my computer recognizes the request. When browser ads are loading my computer will often not let me do anything on a page until the ad is done loading. Then, sometimes another ad loads immediately after the first one and requires me to wait again.

It runs very slow and has locked up several times but it always ran this way I feel like the computer came with a virus but it was brand new from a store.
