But I have the boot disk and a pdf. copy of my contract/bill. Please let me know what I need to do! PS, I HATE IE and want my modzilla back.

It expired and my attempts to delete it have been thwarted by its software and file protections. I have remaned files and moved them to new files on desk top some of which I have been ablel to delete to trash.
