Still all in all I have been satisfifed.

2/3/2010 9:19:31 AM Unfortunately I had a tech increase my hard drive on my 32 bit. He installed a 64 bit and I have had trouoble since and had to install updates. There are a few problems that will not take a 64 bit and no updates to solve my problem. I am furious at this tech, to say the least. He should have checked my laptop and checked the upgrade on the drive he installed.

LATELY IT'S BEEN STALLING, HANGING UP AND JUST OUT OF SORTS. IT'S NOT AS FAST AS IT USED TO BE AND EVEN THOUGH I HAVE COMCAST BROADBAND, AT TIMES I FEEL LIKE A SLOWSKI TURTLE.

I do love the big screen but the touch pad design is annoyong with the up/down scoll bar located on the right I OFTEN hit it accidentally and end up at the bottom of the page. Computer alos objects to being hooked up to other monitors eg TV and will sulk for a few days afterwards :)

I finally took it to a PC technician and he found one side of the memory was defective - card was cracked - and had to be replaced. after that it worked better. However, now I am very suspcicious of HP products and probably will not buy HP Pcs anymore.

It has performed better than I expected until recently when she got it in her head to go to Kazaa, Limewire and Pirates Bay to download music. It got bogged down nobody told me. My computer crashed this weekend I got the Windows Police Pro virus and needed this computer to research a fix and download various items and the thing really started to deteriorate on me until the screen was flashing and I could barely navigate the web. So now I am working to tweak it so some of its old performance will come back. I must admit it has been sorely neglected I dont use it much out of site out of mind and she doesn't know any better she was never told.

9/30/2014 7:42:38 PM Pop ups take over my computer. Running slow and unstable. My firewall which I believe was on my computer was telling me there was viruses. I had Norton before and was not happy with it at all. I liked this computer so well my hard drive crashed in 2012 and put a new one in. I like the features of this computer. There are a couple of items called Clean Registry can't remember the other one that can not be uninstalled through uninstalling in adminstration.

10/18/2009 8:37:31 AM This computer has frozen up everytime I use a program that takes a lot of video memory since the first week I owned it. I wish I had taken it back as soon as I installed my Adobe Web Premium suite. It is the worst computer I have ever owned.
