1/29/2010 10:46:04 AM Everything is running very slow...applications, online, booting up or down. Have run complete diagnostics, defragmented, disk clean-up, antivirus and everything else I know how to do. Nothing has worked. Started about 4 days ago.

10/25/2012 11:18:38 AM won't complete PC Matic scan and fix all and stops at 3rd defrag.Says at 3rd defrage please wait. says 0.75% complete and goes up1/100 of 1% every 3 min or so for HOURS AND HOURS!

10/16/2010 9:46:40 PM I bought this laptop secondhand at a local thrift shop. For a while, I had Windows 7 on it, but there were no drivers for the video card. I just can't figure out what's keeping it going so slow. It's got pretty good specs on it. Maybe it's just tired?

7/24/2012 11:48:46 PM It took me a longtime to figure out this download,Your email suggested steps which I did not see,it shoved 'Download Nitro/PC Matic' so following your steps I clicked PC Matic which asked me to choose between PC MaticRTor Uninstall PcMaticRT,so I chose PC Matic RT and I was going round and round to find a login window which I could not find.Finally,somehow I figured UserID and Pasword accidentally. It is very confusing.
