8/2/2014 6:26:23 PM it is slow and I get blue screen at times. It also takes a long time to print and go from one program to another (Ex. open word then close and open Firefox) My sound drivers are not working the button that turns my sound on and off stop working because I upload new drivers I had to uninstall the drivers to get just to get the sound to work and now it only works with the speaker syombl in the bottom right corner of my lap top.

2/21/2011 3:37:30 PM It is a 8 year old laptop and it has always worked well - now it is simply a backup for my kids in the kitchen. Always used PC Pitstop software on it. Never had to reformat the drive.

12/17/2009 1:05:26 AM Every time I have updated my computer through Microsoft either there new Internet Explorer or their Windows Update my computer gets screwed up. The last time I paid MS $70.00 and they said they could fix it without Formating my hard drive. This is the anwer I get every time I have used them and spoke with tech in India. The last time they didnot fix it for th $70.00 and I formated the drive on my owne. For some reason unbeknown to me my computer got another update and now the freaking this is freazing up again. I swear that Bill Gates screws our computer up just so we can go out and buy another computer withhis NEW Op system. He's not the richist guy for nothing... I am not happy today... can you tell? Thanks for the help
