11/15/2017 3:43:57 PM very glad to have experianced PC matics customer service. malwarebytes was installed by a repair shop without my authorization awhile back, i had problems and malwarebytes actually uninstalled pc matic. customer service helped and made it easy for me to get back on track.. thanks

6/15/2018 4:03:36 PM I get notices that purport to be from Microsoft that the computer may be infected with a virus and it freeses the computer. I have to disconnect the power line and remove the battery then restart the computer. This happens often.

4/8/2020 9:47:36 AM I am having difficulty understanding the importance and timing of events as it relates to my PC. I still get warnings from WinZip and Norton indicating something needs fixing but I do not think I should if I have PC Matic,, Often the PC is left on and when I come back it states I can go back to start up by hitting the ESC key but it does not happen. I have to reboot constantly.
