11/15/2018 10:30:40 AM Tech support is not easy to contact. Not willing to wait 24 hours to make repairs to my new computer operation. Why pay for the servie then go to a free download to begin. Lots of effort was made to make the site look slick but not intuitive. Need to have a simple list 1234 to begin and scan for issues and automatically fix to avoid management on part of the customer. A simple way of running in the background without management. How do I cleanup trojans that may have been placed there by tech support in India then request a fee to fix the problem
