1/30/2016 2:51:36 PM This LENOVO computer is the same cocmputer that I purchased last October 2015. A couple of days ago I almost got scammed, but unfortuanately I allowed remote access and "they" locked up my computer with an unknown password and was ultimately forced to reformat my hard drive and start all over again. This is the same computer that PCMatic has been performing periodic maintenance on. I am in the process of reinstalling what files I have backed up. So you can continue to work with this computer as you have done in the past..........Thank you

12/10/2018 3:33:34 AM I bought your service during a hacking attack on this pc. Your service said A-ok and after not using the compuyer for a month (fear) Malwarebytes found and quarantined 156 threats. Thgis computer was fine until Microsoft screwed it up with their toxic updates.

10/29/2015 7:25:06 PM Don't know yet. I just got PC Matic (first time installing it). This is also a new computer. But today when I started the laptp and clicked on the Internet Explorer icon to openthe internet I got an error massage. Window's Defender Error code 0x800705b4, and it gave me a phone number to call. When I called it (1-888-634-6440), the person on the other side wanted me to give him access to my computer "to correct the issue" over the internet. I did not feel confortable giving access to somebody I did not know (so I'm trusting you PC Matic).
