3/26/2017 3:29:14 PM Your customer support is not good at ALL!!! I hae been sending emails for months and finally, after asking that you cancel my service, I got a response. I have been paying 3 months for your services and haven't been able to use it beause you wouldn't take time to oontact me. I even reordered today and, after not being able to get PCMatic to work. It would not work as well. What a shame that you can't get employees who answer emails BEOFRE it escalates to threats of cancelled service. I even went online to try to find a phone number. Apparently you don't contact actual people.
