12/20/2011 3:32:24 PM This computer has served me quite well and even though it is almost three years old, it is still competing well with the newer computers. The processor speed is very comparable and sometimes better than newer computers and the memory is at a decent level. My only issue is that the HD went out on me in about 1 month. After arguing about it with Sony and proving that it was a physical error and not something in BIOS, they sent me a replacement drive along with a Windows 7 upgrade CD which was promised on the purchase packaging.

12/19/2012 1:17:11 PM I bought this pc approximately 3-4 years ago. While there are a lot I like about it, there are a few things I dislike. The following are areas of strength for this PC: -Outstanding Keyboard -Perfect Screen Size -Big enough Hard Drive -HDMI Input Areas of opportunity are: -I'm glad I bought the extended warranty because I've had a few problems. My hard drive had to be replaced as well as I've spent many hours on the phone with Technical Support.
