I just want it to work when needed. Am I going to run this in the future or is it 'going to run in the cloud' and a report sent to me? You do not make this clear.

3/25/2013 10:38:59 PM The first scan attempt the program stopped in the PERFORMANCE test doing BENCHMARKS. It also got several Register read errors. I started scan again and it completed. I don't know how the PC will perform at this point.

It appears to be monitoring every action at times, even on Skype, as sometimes the person I am talking to cannot hear me clearly. my voice is muffled, they tell me. I am a 65 year old pensioner and the problems with this computer is the biggest stress in my life. I expect when I pay for a service to get good, honest produsts/service.

6/1/2012 6:32:02 PM Continually freezes up. Files and folders or continually comming up changed or totally gone. There hijacked programs that runaudits several times a day and send the info out someone and then they undo any changes to the files. Most of this happens when I am logged in under the "ricki3131" signon account.
