I just want it to work when needed. Am I going to run this in the future or is it 'going to run in the cloud' and a report sent to me? You do not make this clear.

I am a 65 year old pensioner and the problems with this computer is the biggest stress in my life. I expect when I pay for a service to get good, honest produsts/service.
